SkekKa the Magic Researcher 001 copia

This drawing is an update for the one I recently uploaded o the skeksis magical researcher for
She named her skeksis SkekKa, and askes me to please change her hair a biut, for I had given it a too short hair length and had bristled it up too much!...
Here you have her, revamped and with longer, more healthy looking hair!...
I hope this small redesign will get her closer to what her creator thought of her!...

Small bio for SkekKa:

She is a feminine-like skeksis, who works at the Crystal castle as a Magic researcher, meaning she investigates the magical powers and properties of many things on Thra, including crystal shards, some plants, vortex that may open and the Great Crystal itself, among other mysterious things, creatures and events..
Magic researcher SkekKa is very attached and allied with...no other than SkekTek the Scientist!
Even if their works collide (science vs. magic!) they investigate and work closely together, and many times end up helping each other...
The Curious minded Magic Researcher will do most anything to discover the magic's workings which SkekTek and his Science tend to deny, even when she is fond of the old twisted Scientist...and will even go to the extents of enterprising fieldwork, though only if accompanied by others, such as the Ritual-Master SkekZok, who asissts her into research of the sacred ancient sigils and spiritual connections between creatures, and Illustrator SkekLa, who has went out of the castle many times to live, sketch the outskirts and their wildlife and appearance, to latter use in her historical and biological depictions., and eagerly aids SkekKa into studying any strange phenomenon.

In terms of design, I wanted her carapace cowl to look somewhat alien-ish (think X-files!) hence why the use of incrusted gems to it's sides, simulating a strange aircraft's "windows" and it's alien shapes. The star shaped neck adornment also reminds of her profession.
The rest of her garments is a cross between a  medieval dress and a sort of investigator's typical blazer, only that this one is long to the floor, and is sided with some huge sequins to adorn it in a more skeksis fashion.
Her hair is longer than in her prior design concept, yet still seems partially windswept, and her beak is quite dark (I wanted to give her a distinguishing feature and for some reason her small traits reminded me of a little hawk's head...hence why her dark-tipped beak!)
